Read Michael Medved's column about whether being a Mormon should disqualify you from the White House. Of course my opinion is that is most certainly should not. I would be open to a candidate from any religion that shares Christian values, even if it does not share Christian theology. Hence, Mormon ok, Religion of Peace" not ok. Am I wrong? Let's hear it.

At first, I thought Mitt Romney may have been hurt the most by Mr. Thompson's entry or potential entry. However,I think that John McCain will hurt the most because Thompson and McCain are very much alike on immagration and abortion.
The Republicans may loose the 2008 election simply by default. They lack a candidate that conservatives can rally around. They won't vote for Mrs. Bill Clinton. They may just sit at home.
